Sigma Series Terms of Use
Sigma Series provides a personalized subscription service allowing members to access movies, web series, short films, and TV shows (“Content”) streamed over the internet to compatible devices (“Sigma Series-ready devices”). These Terms of Use govern your use of our services. “Sigma Series Service,” “our service,” or “the service” refers to the personalized service provided by Sigma Series, which includes all features, functionalities, recommendations, reviews, the website, user interfaces, and content associated with our service.
All content on Sigma Series, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Sigma Series or its licensors and are protected by applicable Indian and international laws. You acknowledge that you do not have and cannot claim any rights to the website, application content, services, or any part thereof. You agree not to copy, reproduce, stream, download, publish, or modify the content, including Sigma Series trademarks, without proper authorization. You are also prohibited from creating derivative works based on the content, except as permitted by these Terms or through written authorization.
1. AGE RESTRICTION
Sigma Series is available to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. For users in India, the platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By accessing or using Sigma Series, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian. Viewer discretion is advised for certain content, and parents are encouraged to monitor children’s access.
2. PERSONAL USE
The Sigma Series service and its content are for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals outside your household. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view content during your membership. You agree not to use the service for public performances or any illegal activities. Breaching these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your services.
3. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION
Sigma Series is available in select countries. Accessing or using the service outside your subscribed geographical territory may require re-subscribing or changing your plan based on availability in that location.
4. MEMBERSHIP
You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection and device needed to access Sigma Series, and for any associated charges. The platform may occasionally release updates to improve user experience, and it is your responsibility to keep your device compatible with any such upgrades.
5. REGISTRATION
To use Sigma Series, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring that content meant for mature audiences is not accessed by minors. Sigma Series will not be liable for any loss or misuse of your account.
6. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
By subscribing to Sigma Series, you agree to pay the subscription fee and any additional charges as per your selected plan. Your payment details must be accurate and up-to-date to ensure uninterrupted service. All payments are non-refundable, and failure to pay may result in service suspension.
7. SUBSCRIPTION
Some premium content requires a paid subscription. Sigma Series reserves the right to modify subscription plans, fees, and services at any time. Changes to your subscription will take effect after your current billing period ends.
8. PAYMENT GATEWAY
You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to Sigma Series. If a payment method fails, we may suspend your account until a successful payment is made. Sigma Series is not liable for any payment disputes or issues related to third-party payment processors.
9. NO REFUNDS
Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if you do not use the service. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period after cancellation.
10. ACCOUNT ACCESS
The account holder is responsible for maintaining control over the account and any device associated with it. Unauthorized account use should be reported immediately, and Sigma Series reserves the right to terminate accounts that are misused.
11. ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may delete their account at any time. Account deletion requests take effect 24 hours after submission, and users can cancel the request during this time.
12. CONTENT AVAILABILITY & QUALITY
Content availability and streaming quality may vary based on location, internet speed, and device. Sigma Series is not responsible for internet access charges or variations in display quality.
13. RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to copy, download, transmit, or modify any Sigma Series content without authorization. Engaging in any unlawful activities, including distributing viruses or spamming, may result in immediate termination.
14. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Sigma Series is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and you waive all claims for special or indirect damages arising from service use.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Sigma Series may contain third-party links for which we are not responsible. Transactions with third-party websites are at your own risk, and Sigma Series is not liable for any issues that arise from these interactions.
16. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback or suggestions you submit to Sigma Series may be used without restriction. You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights or contain harmful content.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
Sigma Series reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.

Your membership continues until cancelled. Sigma Series may terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with no refund of subscription fees.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a notification to Sigma Series as outlined in the Copyright Act.
23. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Sigma Series reserves the right to correct any errors or update information on the platform without prior notice.
24. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Sigma Series harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the service.
25. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
26. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Trivandrum, Kerala.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sigma Series.
