Refund Policy – Sigma Series
This Refund Policy applies to Sigma Series, including but not limited to www.sigmaseries.com, mobile applications, and other related platforms (each referred to as “Site(s) or App(s)”). We encourage you to carefully review our available packages before subscribing. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@sigmaseries.com before making a subscription purchase.
As a content provider through our Site or App, where you can access your preferred content after subscribing, all fees paid to Sigma Series are non-refundable.
In the event of a technical issue during an online transaction, if the transaction fails, the payment will automatically be reversed to your bank account via the payment gateway.
CHARGEBACKS
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your credit card company or bank, your subscription and/or service will be suspended without notice. A chargeback fee will apply to recover any fees passed on to us by the credit company. All outstanding balances resulting from the chargeback must be paid in full before your service is restored.
Instead of requesting a chargeback, please contact us to resolve any billing issues. Submitting a chargeback for a valid charge is considered fraud and is neither an appropriate nor legal way to obtain a refund.
